This is our Pet Policy<br /><br />We welcome 2 pets per apartment home.<br /><br />There is a $300 pet fee not refundable.<br /><br />Pet rent is $30 per pet month.<br /><br />There is a weight &nbsp;limit of 35 pounds or under per pet and restricted breeds are not allowed.<br /><br />Restricted Aggressive Breeds Include:<br /><br />Akita, Spitz, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, German shepherd, Pitt Bull and mix breeds.
