This is our Pet Policy<br /><br />We welcome 2 pets per apartment home.<br /><br />There is a $400 pet fee not refundable per pet.<br /><br />Pet rent is $20 per pet per month.<br /><br />There is a weight &nbsp;limit of 50 pounds or under per pet and restricted breeds are not allowed.<br /><br />Restricted Aggressive Breeds Include:<br /><br />Akita, Spitz, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, and Pitt Bull.
